Infogamy can be integrated with you call center infrastructure by having your call center server send infogamy a web service each time a call is routed to one of your agents.
Infogamy can act as a contact center for all your incoming leads and calls. Each time a call is routed to one of your sales agents, a popup appears on your agents station with the call details and the agent can fill details and update the call status while he is talking to the person who called.
Step 1 / 2 : Assign a Phone ID to each Infogamy user:
The "phone id" is the key that will connect your phone stations to Infogamy users, you need to make sure that the station id that you have in your Call Center is identical to the phone id you set up.
1. Go to Settings Menu
2. Go to Manage Users
3. Click on the user's name and update the phone id
Step 2 / 2 Calling Infogamy Each Routed Call
These calls should be set up on in your call center.
To identify a lead as an incoming call, you need to add a "lead_type=phone" variable, and to rout the call to the right agent you need to add "user-id=[your-phone-id]" variable.
