There are 2 setting available that allow you to control: Lookback window & Saving behavior:
Each time a call comes in, Infogamy scans the leads to see if there is an existing lead with the same phone number, if there is, the popup window will show how many times this person contacted you before, and the result of the last interaction. If a sale was made it will show it.
You can control the lookback window:
1. Go to Settings Menu
2. Go to Call Center Setting
3. Change the lookback window (from 1 month to 2 years)
There are 2 mode of saving incoming phone leads, first - you can automatically save all incoming leads as calls, second - only when an agent saves the leads (in the popup window).
