Lead statuses enable you to keep track with the lead nurturing process, by default we offer three statuses: Won, Lost & New.
- "New" is the default status a lead receives when it is created.
- "Won" is a status with a special meaning as it is reflected in the marketing and sales reports, and it enables the "Sale Popup" where the agent can insert the product / service sold and the sale price.
- "Lost" is also a status with a special meaning (it is used in our Prediction model to mark low quality leads).
Adding statuses is simple, go to:
1. Top right menu
2. Under "Settings" click "Statuses"
3. You can add a new status by giving it a name, and choosing a color
the status color changes the lead row color when the status is selected.
4. Click "Save"
Editing a Status
Simple click the edit icon near the status name in the statuses table.
